For Restaurant Service:

• Consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
• Tiki Iniki strives to serve local organic foods, therefore certain menu items may be unavailable from time to time.
• Max 3 credit cards per tables. 
• For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

For items purchased on the Tiki Shop:

• Returns only accepted for damaged or wrong product for exchange only. No refunds.
• Shipping fees and tax added to purchase price.
